A relaxed afternoon experience combining gentle Silent Yoga with brunch
Silent Yoga & Brunch is a hosted afternoon gathering at our partner venue, Hi-Hat Art Bar (Iso Roobertinkatu 3-5) in Helsinki. The experience begins with an uplifting, headphone-based, a 60-minute yoga session designed to gently awaken the body, release tension, and bring clarity and presence into the rest of the day.
The practice is gentle and accessible, with smooth, grounding movement and natural breathing to help participants feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease without strain or intensity.
After the session, participants are invited to stay for brunch — a relaxed social moment to sit, eat, chat, and enjoy the atmosphere together, whether arriving with friends or meeting new people along the way.
The full experience lasts around 2 hours, including a 60-minute Silent Yoga session followed by a relaxed 60-minute brunch. The session is guided in English by Anna El-Batruni.
